Nationally recognized, two of his tools, QOL-ACC and QCE-ACC, are implemented by the Australian Government to assess aged care quality. Till date, Dr Khadka has developed, validated and implemented 15 different tools to measure quality of life and quality of care experience across vision, aged care and health system. Leveraging the Registry of Senior Australians (ROSA)' databases, he also investigates older individuals' interactions with healthcare systems, analyzing aged care and healthcare costs to inform national policies. Andreas Cebulla, the Research Lead of the Australian Industrial Transformation Institute (AITI) at
